Stretch bracelets are for an average sized wrist - 6-7 inches around. If you need a smaller or larger bracelet, it is critical that you communicate that in your order. The fee to have a bracelet re-sized is $10, plus shipping charges.

If you purchased an item that broke within 30 days of delivery, I will either fix it or replace it with the same item. If something breaks beyond the 30 day mark, I will work with you to come to a mutually satisfactory solution.

PLEASE NOTE that the elastic bracelets are meant to "roll" down the hand on to the wrist - DO NOT STRETCH them open. This may put undue stress on the elastic and cause the bracelet to break.
